Massive fan of the BattleField 1942 & Vietnam series. I’ve been engrossed and playing online against my chums since 2002.
Can’t wait for the follow-up early next year.

I play Duke Nukem. A guy named Duke lands in various settings (Los Angeles, a space ship etc) wherein alien beings strive to kill him. The real problem is that Duke must keep himself alive by killing the alien terrorists first. If he does nothing, they murder him. If he reaches out to them, attempts to establish a dialogue, they murder him. If he tries to be compassionate, tolerant and inclusive, they murder him. I’ve tried to make Duke take a more enlightened, old-European approach to facing these terrorists, to embrace their culture and champion diversity, but – darn it! – they just murder him. I’m writing to the software developer to suggest that they incorporate a French / Democrat option into the game wherein Duke, upon being attacked by a terrorist, retreats to a corner, does yoga and repeatedly chants, “Why do they hate me?” THAT should teach those terrorists a lesson.

star wars battlefront rocks, as does elite force2, sims2, medal of honor pacific assault, plabetside
RoxHard said on December 18, 2004 20:54:
Eeeck... can some moderator do something about this Oldag guy? Or atleast edit that non-topic related post? Have you ever posted in the Roxette forum? Do you like, or even know, Roxette?
steven said on December 19, 2004 21:09:
Looks @ Oldag75...
O O

WTF!!?!?!?!?
Moderators: I’ll have a serving of whatever that guy is having!
Oldag75 said on December 20, 2004 12:14:
Have I ever listened to Roxette? Well, I notice that Per’s superlative lyrics occasionally feature the expression “cos,” which indicates he learned English as a second language and, primarily through the sense of hearing, assimilated the shortened version of the word “because” – which, technically, should be spelled ” ’cause.” And, I notice many of the folks on this site use “cos” simply ’cause Per used it. And if you complain that something is boring, let’s see you attempt to do better – and then allow me to comment about it.
And it’s great, the way you supposedly champion freedom of speech – but then you want the moderator to “do something” about my posts. Nawwwww, YOU aren’t a hypocrite.
Doom is a great videogame too.

I like most sports videogames except those of american football because I always lose and criquet because I don’t get the point of the real game either :/
I love also flying simulators :p And car racing simulators, but I include them into the sports ones :D
Santi said on December 28, 2004 22:49:
Cricket, but it doesn’t matter anyway. I don’t understand any of both, and besides, who’d want a croquet videogame? :DDDDD
kachina008 said on December 28, 2004 23:11:

My american pal bought me x-files game for christmas... it’s on it’s way still... but that will be my top fave pc game. ;)
Other than that... tetris... or Theme hospital is all I play.
Mind, my pc is pretty cack, it’s only got the very basic graphics card. But hoping to get a gaming pc sometime in the next year. :)

Do you know Halo??? It’s a great game!! I love it. I was a little bit disapointed with halo 2. Halo 1 is much better.
RoxHard said on December 16, 2004 21:13:
I have Medal of Honour Frontline. It was a very cool game. But, once you clear it - you don’y feel much need to go back to the start and play again.
Is anyone else a fan of the “Legacy Of Kain” series? There are 6 games in the series, and the story-line is huge! And they just keep throwing surprises out of nowhere with each new game! Anyone else play it? If not, I strongly suggest you try them out! They’re by far the best video games ever made! (both in the story, and graphics!)
