Today I heard a rap on MTV - was late to check who the artist was - but it was using “Past Time Paradise” that Coolio & LV had a while back on “Gangsta’s Paradise”...
It’s just getting ridiculous: Boadicea has been recycled now twice for Fugees’ Ready Or Not and for Mario Winans’ I Don’t Wanna Know.
And does anybody remember Da Luniz and their I Got 5 On It from 95 or 96? First it was remade by Puff Daddy & R Kelly and then again by Jennifer Lopez! Really un-imaginative!

Well, Hip-Hop is the crappiest so called music style that ever existed so what do you expect.
The way to do a Hip-Hop song is as follows:
1. Find a good song to steal from.
2. Sample some stuff from that song.
3. Put those samples in a music program on your PC and add some annoying drums.
4. Make a useless text about drugs, crime and how shitty the whole society is. Note: This text should preferably not fit to the tempo in music.
5. Find someone who has absolutely no talent in music to perform it.
6. Done!

hey there was a time when rap/hip hop actually was a cultural force for black people ...rum dmc, ice t etc when rap used to be about the black struggle etc, now its just an excuse for peopel whom otherwise would be bubbas bitch in cell block 5 to get record deal and make tons of money off poor black kinds who r programmed by the volent i kill you to get mine and my bitch is a ho mentality. its really out of hand, i am really happy alot of critics are slamming eminems new album, hes finally showing who he is, a big nobody :)
