If you are, maybe you should be talking about this face to face with a counsellor, a friend, a family member, a therapist or the best one of all- God (if you believe in Him).

never do that, but ever thought about that back then when i was younger and depress, but now I realize that eventhough life is hard, we have to face it. Also, I know if I ever do that I will hurt every one that I love and who love me, so I won’t do that.
