Listening to All You’ve Gotta Do Is Feel I hear a strange sound ~3:25. It seems like somebody is caughing. Is there something with my ears or you can hear it too?

I had it too... sounds on mine like a electic buzz. Perhaps it’s a fault with the song burn.. but it’s VERY quick... and didn’t notice it first few times around.
