TOMORROW (WED) WE DON´T DRIVE A CAR

Tomorrow 22 Sept. is a very special day.
A day we leave a car at home and we walk and ride our bikes instead! If not possible then we catch a train or subway!

Please take a part of this campaign! We all need fresh air and this planet is our only home.
Thanks!

I always go to work/to the city by public transport.. only use the car on Fridays/Saturdays to go shopping (we buy for the whole week so we cannot carry it all and the supers are way too far anyway..)

I think this should be like this (=car free) every day, specially in big cities where the public transport networks work (normally) very well

I always use the bike to go to work.
My car is only used in weekends and holidays.
But when I drive, it is usually a big distance.

U gota be kiddin’ how the hell am I suppose to travel without my car? Public transport? nah too lazy for that! :s sorryy

Yieppee!! Hooray! It´s a car-free day!

i have bad night vision so i miust use mass transit to fgo to work and it SUKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

annoying people ghetto kids, peopl ewho’d probbaly mug u if u got off the bus the same time u did and the drivers in america speed like crazy it SUKS!

We also had this day today. Most people gave a f*ck about it, as I’ve immagined. However, the number of cyclists has increased significantly this morning (Iwas one of them to go to work this way). Those who decided to go to work or school by bike got a free breakfast they could pick up at the busiest cycling paths.

We need to have something like that here in the USA. You very rarely see anyone walking over here. It seems everyone drives.
And if you DO walk.......you have to watch out for those that are driving !

“We need to have something like that here in the USA.”

Yes you do!!

its not just the usa stop pointing fingers :) or whatever those funny looking things are :)

I cycle to work everyday, as a: public transport is crap and b: parking my little baby in town is a liability, i wouldn’t put it thru the ordeal.

there was a free breakfast for everyone who cycled into work yesterday, needless to say i didn’t cycle down the street where they were handing it out and so missed it......bastards!

lol vix that sucks, there should eb tax breaks for peoepl who use alternate transportation :)
