Who has eperience with ticnet order from abroad?

I am from Germany and I just ordered Stockholm tickets for GT but the communication was a little bit difficult (spelling Swedish and German names ;-)). At least I would like to be sure that the bank account information from ticnet is correct. Has anybody already successfully used SWIFT/IBAN to transfer money to ticnet? If yes, can you please tell me the IBAN/SWIFT numbers, bank name, and so on. Please send me an email with the information to ( [email protected] ).

I got a bank account when ordering the tickets but even repeating the number twice leaves me unsure if it is OK as communication with the woman at the phone was very difficult.
That’s why I would be happy if somebody could confirm the account information I have.

Didn’t they tell you the exact bank name and swift code that was necessary for the transaction? As far as I remember, they use several accounts with different banks, at least back then different people got different data from them. I think it depends on which Ticnet office took your call. This means you have to use the account and swift code you got from them when placing the order.
