He He Hej
Cool... 19 out of 20 for me too... but hey, the first album under the name “Roxette” was in fact “Heartland”... I know it’s a Gyllene Tider album, but it was released under the name of Roxette, around 1984. Right ?
All the best

I agree, Heartland should be the correct answer.

Isn’t the first DVD named “All videos ever made and more - The complete collection 1987-2001”?
daniel_alv said on December 4, 2003 22:08:
i was wrong on the question about those songs that people think are roxette songs., stupid question, i have never heard anyone think that...
and the first roxette album is PoP!!!! heartland is a gyllene tider album....
Mari said on December 4, 2003 22:33:
daniel_alv is right. Pop is the first Roxette album. Heartland is a GT album with name Roxette. Roxette is Per and Marie.
tevensso (moderator) said on December 4, 2003 22:42:
No, Roxette’s album is called Heartland, Gyllene Tider’s is called The Heartland Café. Granted, a different Roxette, but never-the-less Roxette. A trick question maybe. MY opinion is that Heartland counts.
daniel_alv said on December 4, 2003 22:50:
it’s Gyllene Tider with an other name on the cover, what’s the difference? if abba would have made a cd wioth the name roxette it would still have been abba!
in the book the look for roxette heartland is not a roxtete album....
the point is: ROXETTE ARE MARIE AND PER, and marie is just a backsinger on heartland...
Jud (moderator) said on December 4, 2003 22:52:
well i think that if you think as Roxette = Per and Marie then it is Pearls.. but if you think of the first band with Per called Roxette.. then it is Heartland ;)
Tricky question :P After all, the first intention was to go international with GT as “Roxette”, it didn’t work, so the name was used later for Per+Marie band..
Was fun, just failed 2 :P

Re: Chances
I was meaning, “There was “a” 5th single from Look Sharp! ...”, not that it was “the” 5th single.
DaminehGessle said on December 5, 2003 11:17:
Who in the world mistakes “I Want You” by Savage Garden for Roxette? That was my only mistake and believe it was stupid cause have never seen anyone mixing Roxette and Savage Garden up!
daniel_alv said on December 5, 2003 11:45:
yeah skip the stupid Savage garden question...
wasn’t dressed for success the first single from look sharp!?
n-Somnia said on December 5, 2003 12:20:
@DaminehGessle
I’ve seen people mistake it in the past. There was one time I was downloading what I thought was Roxette’s “I want you”, but once it finished I found it was Savage Garden. So the question is still valid.
daniel_alv said on December 5, 2003 12:56:
so you think that you can have that question just becuause some idiot thought that it was roxette one time in the past?

A virus perhaps? First you mail, and now this. Can’t be a coincidence, can it?

i feel humiliated!!! i got 14/20!!!.
this cant be real!!!
by the way... i thought the live ism dvd came before the “all videos ever made”
Denstandigaresan said on December 7, 2003 23:18:
mattias: I already suggested this to ted.
I also suggested clearing some stuff off of his harddrive. Maybe invest in some more ram.
But, didn’t get through.
He downloaded an antivirus program, suggested by me... it wouldn’t open, said corrupt. Some viruses do this to antivirus programs.
Also online scans wouldn’t work, which is slightly dodgy.
I’d like to help ted sort his pc out, but over MSN it’s almost impossible.
Yeah, anyways... moving on!
’I Want You’, I have an american article on Savage Garden. Headlined something like, ’Roxette wannabies’.
I myself have always thought they sounded similar. Which is why I love Savage Garden also.
Hows this for a giggle. Recently, on ebay, someone is selling... a blatent bootleg, of ’Roxette, DJ remixes’... one track is, ’Take My Breath Away’... YEAH, like that’s Roxette.
Ooh, found it.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2579372812&category... DUH!!!

18/20 missed the one about who’s always mixed up with roxette. Didn’t know about Berlin.
Denstandigaresan said on December 4, 2003 13:54:
LOL! That’s cool! :D
I MADE A BOOOOOO! I automatically ticked Look Sharp! Live, as the first VHS release. I didn’t realise Sweden Live was released. I have a copy of it, but thought it was from tele. MY BAD!
But wooo! You scored: 19 / 20 YEAH! :D
Ok... like didn’t take the knowledge of a rocket scientist to take that. ;) :D
