Dreams and DejaVu

Dreams are not just beautiful things to watch, they in fact have deeper messages hidden for us. A dream may be a DejaVu, a precognition or any type of vision. The trick lies in understanding these messages. But most often we forget our dreams and then recall only when it happens in real world (ie DejaVu).
I wonder if there is some way we can remember all our dreams? we are more likely to remember our dreams if the sleep is disturbed. Can there be some other ways? What exactly is the connection between DejaVu and dreams ?

Isn’t déjà vu seeing someting for the first time and realizing you’ve seen it before?

I’m actually fed up with DejaVu. I seem to experience it a lot. :(
It’s not like ’Final Destination’ stuff... I just dream over something... even the smallest detail. And a lot of the time, it comes true.
I scare myself sometimes. ;)
