New version of "IMHBL"?

Hi all,
I was in WHSmith* the other day. I was fiddling with my Nokia, getting out my wallet and yanking at the Attitude magazines when I heard some familiar chords...
I had already mentally written a letter to Per informing him of the plagiarism, when I noticed it was a cover of It Must Have Been Love.
It’s mainly based on the piano but with some festive (Christmas) type sounds. I turned around and announced to my friend what I was hearing (only to find my friend had gone wandering off, so I was talking to a stranger who wouldn’t have known his ’It Must Have Been Love’ from his ’It Must Have Been Good’)...
Anyway, my friend claimed the song was on the soundtrack for “Down With Love” (fun film - saw it a few weeks ago), but on the soundtrack it is not.
Anyone got any info on it?
* WHSmith is a newsagent, for those of you who are confused.

If he was in a WHSmiths and yanking at Attitude (have you tried Refresh Mag - much better (not that I write for it or anything!!)) then I guess he was in the UK...

Oh, it’s like Cluedo!
I was in WHSmiths, England, with the Attitude magazine.
It was definitely a cover version - It’s a female vocalist, and she sounds American (I meant to write this in my original post, so Anarem’s misunderstanding isn’t without cause) WHSmith only play CDs which they are selling, so it definitely would have been a chart, or new, album. I really should have asked someone - I’ll do that when I’m in the there next.
Refresh looks a bit dull to me. But I can’t be doing with all the naked bodies in Times, so I head for Attitude.

* Yanking = pulling/taking. I wasn’t assaulting an American. Not that day, anyway.
