What makes you laugh?

So come on what do you find funny? For me it has to be Ted’s post.... they always make me smile! ;)
Yashar said on October 28, 2003 21:45:
Good Comic films.
Hidden Cam.
funny jokes.
Funny events in real life and ....
You can laugh at most of the things, you only need sense of humor.

How spooky, I was just gonna say Ted’s posts... although, it’s not the actual posts... it’s when they turn that lovely shade of grey. :D
My budgie makes me laugh... you could totally ignore him*Oh how hard that is*... and he’ll come up to you... stick his beak on your finger on the keyboard, shout “Baby” at me... keep ignoring him, and he puts on a real gruff “BABY”. It doesn’t sound much, but for a budgie, he’s rather hilarious little thing!
TV shows I also laugh my lil’cotton socks off at ’Royle Family’, ’Gimme, Gimme, Gimme’, ’Two Pints of Lager and a packet of crisps’ and ’Little Britain’. I don’t usually laugh, but when these are on!

Young Frankenstein. . .and spouting the lines in everyday conversation when approriate.
Vix also makes me smile. . .
The punchline “Bangor? I hardly knew her!” I once yelled that at the TV after Tom Brocaw said it in a story about Bangor, Maine. Laughed for an hour. No one was around. (Sounds a bit sad, doesn’t it?)
DaminehGessle said on October 29, 2003 02:11:
I always carry a smile on my face although that doesn’t mean I am laughing. I can laugh for no reason. But sometimes I don’t laugh for reasons people laugh. I’m pretty complicated.
DaminehGessle said on October 29, 2003 02:13:
Oh... Yesterday I laughed pretty hard when my advanced calculus midterm was returned and despite the fact that my mark was one of the highest in class, I’d gotten 21/36!! The average for the midterm was 14/36!! Go figure! We had the test on thursday and he returned it the Monday after, 8 pages front and back! No marks nothing just the grade at the end haha!

i laugh very often and easily.. i love to laugh with (not AT :P) my girlfriend and friends, we always have a great time and can laugh about anything. I love laughing. It’s healthy, except for the stomach ache, but then, my eyes get cleaned with the tears and my stomach a bit of muscles.
I also adore Ellen (DeGeneres), she has the kind of humor that I love. Could say the same about Eva Dahlgren (funny how they both are ED :P), we had a great laugh with her during the 2 days we were with her band Buddaboys.
English series too.
Glenn Killing parody of The Roxette and Eva Dahlgren, oh god!!!
Will post more when I come up with more.

I used to sit on my brother and tickle him till he cried and begged me to stop. That goes back to before he was 10. Now he is twice my size!
Denstandigaresan said on October 30, 2003 14:11:
@Judith. Try to catch ’Finding Nemo’, Ellen DeGeneres voices a character in the film... and it has me in stitches.
I like her too... but that film... VERY funny she is. :D
Jud (moderator) said on October 30, 2003 15:22:

Oh glad I started this thread ;)
On British TV most comedy’s that is one thing we can get right in the UK!
Peter Kay... a little bit of humour from my home town - can’t wait for the live DVD due out on 10/11 (that’s for Vixzter!)
My dog, it’s a total fruit cake! for 13 weeks old but very cute, I have never laughed so much recently!
And a couple who live near me called Kay and Sarah now they are nuts! If you could see some of the things they get up too!
MiracleMan said on October 30, 2003 23:38:
Ellen DeGeneres cracks me up too. They show her stand-up specials sometimes on Comedy Central on cable. I think I’ve seen the same one five times.
Nemo is very cute—she definitely made the film for me. I hope you get to see the original version, Judith.

I laugh at:
1) my 3-year old niece - crazy little person
2) my friends -which is why they are my friends
3) Anything Erma Bombeck ever said or wrote
4) English sitcoms - the best! Thank you England.
5) my co-worker when we are at Board meetings - we have a game of trying to make each other laugh during the meeting - she always wins.
Ellen D is funny - has anyone seen her new talk show? I hope it succeeds - I love her sense of humour - very dry and witty.
Jud (moderator) said on October 31, 2003 00:14:
:´( it’s not fair!!!
I cannot watch Ellen’s new show, I cannot even ask anybody to record it for me because it wouldn’t play on my PAL video player :´(
I found out today that Finding Nemo will be on the cinemas mid November, so I will have to wait until then to see if one of the 2 cinemas where they play original version films picks it up!
I am reading her book “my point.. and I do have one” :D:D:D started to laugh in the first chapter and haven’t stopped yet, gotta say that I have also felt so happy and dunno, fine since I started reading it :P
Already writing my x-mas wish-list:
1. The Beginning DVD (Ellen live, 2000)
2. The funny thing is (her 2nd book, 2003)

the last time I nearly broke some ribs laughing was when me and my bro were gonna strap a huge dildo onto the grill of our boss’s SUV so she drives around town with it sticking straight out. however we never got around to it as we got fired for other reasons and the security have been told to call the police if we are seen.
