DVDbrazil - Are they any good?

I don’t know if this is the right forum to post in, but I just wanna know if anyone has had any problems with ordering from DVDbrazil. I ordered the Live-ism DVD in August (after months of deciding yes/no) and i’m still waiting 9 weeks later. I received a shipping confirmation email the day after i ordered, and sent an email to them last week, still no reply.
I hope it hasn’t been lost or something.

When I bought it via Ebay it took less than 2 weeks for me to get it. (Brazil -> Sweden)

I ordered mine at www.dvdworld.com.br . Very cheap DVD’s and very low shipping and it reached me within 3 or 4weeks with the cheapest shipping option.

the only reason i asked was because i have bought stuff from the fanclub and they say 4-6 weeks (i think) i usually got them in 3 weeks, DVDbrazil says 3-8 weeks and i’m still waiting.
Oh well i suppose i’ll just have too wait a little longer, i just have this thing where i don’t like paying for something that i never receive ;-)

If you have ordered from Brazil.... a friend only informed me yesterday items can take months to get from there... I think it took 5 months for her to get a video!
I had a problem with an ebay sale that ended on 1st July, I shipped the item the same day and the seller only contacted me yesterday to say still not got it... I don’t know if it got lost or if it is still on it’s way, but as he did not pay for registered mail, there is not a lot I can do!
