No Friends For Roxane?

We seem to have a lot of dog lovers here. Have we no cat owners?

Respectable names. . .
Roxanne was almost Roxette (Joyride was a new release when she was a kitten), but I couldn’t stop thinking of that name as a Swedish band, so it was modified.
I read that Vix is down with the felines, too.

Rox is 12, and despite being a youngish acting animal, I can’t imagine life without her. I know I’ll have her for a few years more, but I dread that day. Pets become such a part of our lives and hearts, it hardly seems fair to become sooooooo attached to them only to lose them in a relatively short time.

Wow! My first pet—although we had a housefull of cats and dogs, was a Siamese (Mom bred them) named Kiddon. I was 8 when she was born and 22 when she died. That’s hard when you’ve had them since you were small. In your case you probably never knew life without him.
*Comforting hug for you*
