With songs like “Fodelsdag” “Spegelball” or the beautiful “Varm Igen” ...ummmm yeah this could make in part a great Roxette album .... these are 3 of my favorite strong songs on Mazarin...
But then we have “Om du bara vill” that brings bits and pieces of old Rox tunes so it ends up being a bit roxetish in a way...
Love the chorus of Gungar...so beautiful in an Abba kind of way! Well done Per!
Simple and deep at the same time...

Am i the only one who thinks that “Spegelboll” is one of the weaker songs on Mazarin?
It just don’t fit into the album.

For me the whole album is phenomenal!
Each song could be a single or has a single charcter.
The album has something special it radiates a 100% positive mood.
If you have a bad day, the only thing that you have to do is to hum or to whistle a Mazarin song and the day is rescued.

I think that the the new Roxette Album should be recorded with “real” instruments like Mazarin, and not with all those electronic sounds.
So yes, the next Roxette album should sound a lot like Mazarin. But I doubt it though...

@KungAvSand - I totally agree with you... No more eletric sounds, please.

Agreee...a much more natural sound and strong in many ways especially in arregementsns and in melodies ....
But Mazirin is a much more Per sort of thing. So if some stuff from Mazarin fit into Roxette then along with Marie singing style and some more Roxettish sort of songs then we expect a nice album indead...
