Got 3 Roxette CDS

It’s really hard to buy a Roxette’s material in China. But it’s a little funny and surprised to me in the last month, I only spent around $ 4 buying The Ballad Hits, Don’t Bore Us, Room Service three albums.
Since The Ballad Hits in HDCD format was released in China mainland two month ago, a HDCD of Don’t Bore Us has been released in China recently, the price is as same as TBH, around $1. The CD of Don’t Bore Us once released in China 1995, I’ve bought one in that time, it cost me $ 7, this CD may be the first and the most CD many Chinese fans have bought in our country.
Room Service also released in China in the past, the quantity was very small, two month later, I couldn’t find this CD in any shop in my city. But now this album was released again a few days ago, by the same music company, but the price drops to $ 2.
Compared to other albums, HAND is really expensive, I spent around $ 17 to buy an international CD, of couse I also bought an imported CD by $ 7. The most thing I regreted was I saw the CD of Rarities but I didn’t buy it immmediately, when I went back to this store the next day, it has already sold out. Later I only bought a tape of Rarities.

I think RS is official released, because this company once released RS in 2001. Now they released RS again, but the packaging is simplified and th price is dropping.
But TBH&DBU are in HDCD format, I don’t have a clear conception about this kind of material. Both of them were released by a Chinese musical company warranted by EMI. HDCDs have emerged in our market recently. They were sold in some big shops with CD. But the price is much lower than CD’s. I also doubted the copyright of them. I have bought both pirated CDS and official imported CDS before, these three ones seem to more like official releases.
Here are a cover of TBH, a HDCD.

Do you think these CDs are official releases by EMI? For that price I’d rather guess bootleg-copies... quite normal in China, not?
