Next week The Music Room on CNN will be all about Sweden so wonder if it will mention Roxette at all, surely with Per’s huge success they will :)

Here in Germany the premier of TheMusicRoom is shown at 12.30 p.m. (I hope p.m.’s right; well just NOT in the middle of the night but at lunch time ;o)) on Saturdays. But just check the videotext to be sure; I’ll do that myself again.

I spoke with the woman who anchors The Music Room on CNN when she and her crew were at CBGB’s here in New York for the Swedish Music Showcase. I learned from her that the program is no longer aired on CNN in the States... only on CNN International and CNN Airport Service.

They mentioned Roxette a couple of times :)... but that’s about it! They didn’t even show the top 10 albums like they usually do :(
The host said they would have some features on Swedish artists in the coming weeks but I doubt they will feature Per or Marie...I’ll keep a look out though!

well, iam in NYC and i watched the CNN and they said about roxette like “they used to have succes in the past” nooooooooooo, and i saw a video from KENT, called FF and...it’s wish i could fly!!!!! the same light, the same thing!!..oh, the people weren’t sleeping, but , just that! all the rest of the video....the same!!! anybody watched it?

Ive seen the kent video. Amazing song but the video is 100% WICF. By the way, I think it sucks that they dont give Roxette more attention.

well Rox aren’t given more seconds just because the whole thing was about new acts, a bit more rockier than Rox as you could see ;)
AND FF video is not that similar, it uses the same light effect, but well, Jonas didn’t invent it so ;)
