I think Scott is a psycopathic narcissist ,he has an overweening sence of entilement and disregard for rights of other ,and he was thinking that he could get away with a”perfect murder” .

He wanted to be single,be free ...make sence with all the affairs he had ...I wonder how many more that will come forward and tell the police they had an affair with scott.
I found this case very interested ,and following it very closly.

The defence has told reporters that they found that mystery woman that can clear Scott from murder ....dont you think she should be all over the police and free him??? She is with The defence??? And then the defence says that they will protect her identity ....that will be impossible ...

The police would let a satanic cult go free roaming the streets of modeso killing pregnant woman ,and bust scott for it?? That’s just absurd ....

On the other hand they want to put a doubt in the mind of the jurur that it could be something else out there...

First it was the van with the gardner ,then it was some burglar ....

Another question??? Do you guys think he can get a fair trile?
The mare of modesto did not think Scott could get one in the county of Modesto....if thats the case ,he could not get a fair one eaven in Alaska.

However ,you can be sure that the prosecutor see to that non of Scotts rights will be violated and that they will do everything possible to garantee a fair trile ...

Also we all know the only reason Geragos is taking this case is because he like Scott is a shallow person. He represents shallow people. He represents rich and famous who have cases no one else would touch....
He clearly sees this as an opportunity to get his name out there.
The publicity alone is paying for what he is doing by representing Scum....err Scott.
Hes only in it for the fame or should I say infame.

The whole case has subjects thet includes Sex ,Lies,Mystery ,Bertail,and Murder and Maby Gerago is hoping for a movie and Book deal .
This is a lawyer that charge a minimum of a million dollar to defence somebodey and Scotts family do not have that kind of money ....

I cant help wondering if it wouldnt be better if Scotts family kept quiet...
It must be so incredibly painful for them to consider the possibility that he is guilty that they will go to great lengths to excuse any behavior that points to a guilty conscience.
What about his affairs and the fact that he lied about it? (Can they really insist that he is still a “wonderful person” as the father did on CCN the other night? What about the fact that we KNOW he places himself within miles of where her body was found? These are incredibly incriminating FACTS.)

Their amazing excuses and incredible explanations smack of an exagerated sense of denial and a pattern of cover-up that must have started from the early days of his life....
Parents who make excuses for their kids end up raising kids who think they can get away with murder. Literally....

Im sure this is HORRIBLE for them but the sooner they at least consider the possibility of guilt the sooner they can deal with what lies ahead and hopefully heal...

As it is they show a remarkable dysfunctional family pattern in their aggressive and outlandish defense before the full story is even laid out.

And stop blaming the police – theyre just doing their job. And yes – they did look for other possible perpetrators.....

Its amazing that they seamd to have the perfect marrige and that nothing seamed wrong in it. I guess we dont know what went on behind closed doors .... I doubt that Lacy eaven knew that she was an owner of the boat that scott bought right befor the murder ...
here is some stuff that the moron has done.

1. Dec 24th late afternoon when his concerned father-in-law showed up on the premises to ask ’what happened?’ Peterson quickly excused himself avoiding the man.
In fact Peterson left him waiting in the house while outside he walked away disappearing without any explanation....

2. Scott requested a search warrant from the detectives who arrived a day or two later asking to enter and investigate the disappearance of his wife. This shocking singularly is the most d**ning instance of his guilty behaviour in my opinion.
With this manoeuvre he painted a big red “X” on his forehead.

3. Peterson would not meet with the police to discuss the disappearance. He did not co-operate with the investigation....
From the start Peterson established himself in the opossit position with Law Enforcement.
Perhaps it was merely a personality clash with the investigating detective???? I dont think so....

4. Peterson refused a lie detector test.
Say what you want about the justifiable reasons to avoid legal entanglement but if my pregnant wife disappeared and all eyes
If it were upon me Id get right over to the police station pronto and strap on the monitoring gear - provided I was innocent of any wrong doing of course.
What reasonable innocent and responsible man would not?????

5. The bizarre Volunteers ’thank you note’ left by Peterson.
Some people will regard this as a stretch but looking back at it I feel the content was a weird ironicly morbid slip of the tongue by someone with special knowledge of Lacys whereabouts.
A comment that cries out to be recognised as a link to foul play....

6. Shortly after her disappearance Peterson is seen at a local hotel entertaining visiting colleagues at a business dinner where his remorseless behaviour is so out of character with someone whose loving pregnant wife just disappeared that even a neutral byestander complained to management about it being “inappropriate”....

7. The selling of Lacis car.
Call me sentimental but a mans 8 months pregnant wife disappears in circumstances CLEARLY indicating foul play and 2 months later he sells her car???? Otragious !!!!
Considering the emotional turmoil and anguish the extended familiy was undergoing there is no earthly reason any man could give ... that would justify this misdeed except maybe he needed the money for a ransom note or maybe a heart transplant - if he indeed possessed one in the first place......

8. The man strangely organizes a volunteer search 250 miles away from the scene of the wifes disappearance in a distant city and then creates a public relations fiasco by not properly addressing, acknowledging, or even thanking the supporters.... Instead the man oddly reduces the event to a media photo opportunity then afterward quickly slips away accomplishing nothing.
Confronted by Peterssons behaviour the local organiser publicly withdrew his support expressing disgust to the media and the support group dissolved.

9. The police department calls Petersson to say that remains are found washed up on the shore which very possibly could be those of his missing wife and pre born child....
Peterson goes to the golf course.
This action competes with the request for a search warrant in the category of Dumb And Dumber....

10. Perhaps Peterssons wekest moment in the circus ring was when he went on National television claiming he had told his pregnant wife about the affair and the girl friend just days before and she was ’at peace with it’.
His mother can think what she wants but knowing what we know about Lacys personality or for that matter any pregnant wife in a normal relationship.. there is no way on earth the jury will buy into this statement as credible.
Maybe worse than the fact that he lies with no remorse, is that he lies so pathetically.....

I see no necesserity to provide a good argument for his innocence in order to establish the fair playing field when Peterson himself has demonstrated at every turn his complicity in foul play.
His every word, his every action from the 24th December and forward portray him to be the cold, calculating, and remorseless killer of his wife and baby....

Petersson has already dug his own grave.
In order to satisfy the canons of Common Law he will receive a fair and honest trial - and then be put to rest where he belongs...

I found something interesting on the Stanislaus County Court site. They have a copy of Scott Petersons booking register posted there. At the bottom where they list his property, next to the word cash is 0.
Credit cards are mentioned further down.
The car was released to his father...

Another thing , on Greta (fox news) Lacis family have been keeping up the yard at Lacis house but the Peterson family wont allow them to go in.
They just want to feel Lacis presence from her home.
Maybe get some momentos.
And Scott owns that house by himself now.
He has not been found guilty of anything.
I would not want by in-laws in there maybe taking things he said....That just blew me away ....

I have believed all along that some kind of violent argument erupted the night of the 23rd between Laci and Scott....
Watching Gretas interview with the two friends just confirmed (in my mind only) my belief that Amber called the house that night and Laci either answered the phone or overheard a conversation....
Since Lacis friends were shocked to find out that this marriage was anything other than “made in heaven”, Laci couldn’t have known about Amber for very long.

During one phone call taped by police, the source said that Amber Frey asked Scott...Do I need to be afraid of you?
Absolutely not. I am not a monster...Scott replied.

Did you have anything to do with your wifes disappearance...Frey continued....

The other thing I found interesting is they all agreed that Lacis hands and feet were swelling and she was having trouble walking. One girl said she had a hard time walking from one room to another in her home a couple of weeks prior to her disappearance. This kind of debunks the statements of the witnesses who saw Laci walking MacKenzie 10 blocks from her home. No way would she or could she have made the 20 block round trip. I simply dont belive that
