Try this Norwegian shop, they deliver also abroad.
When you have found the cd, you have to click the button “kjop”, then you have to click on “Til- Kassen” and then “ny kunde”, then on “Customers abroad” on the right

The limited edition of Mazarin contains a bonus DVD with a documentary.
It was released 16/6 and was taken out of production 18/6. The normal version is still available.

yes, it looks like that. I ordered the limited edition some days ago and got it already today (thursday) delivered to zurich/switzerland. and the funny thing is, that it costs one SKR less than if I would have bought it directly in the shop in sweden due to this smaller (none?) VAT. strange world is this. it’s cheaper for a swiss citizen to buy and let deliver a cd to switzerland than for a swedish citizen to buy it directly in a cd store...
