well Pills & Thrills is in a really weird voice. It sounds cool :-)

The “weird voice” you hear is Marie’s voice doing backing vocals. You can hear at the same time Per’s main vocals, Per’s backing vocals in a lower octave, and Marie that just says “Pills —- Thrills” (without “and”).
