well it would be quite stupid to sell the tickets from the Fanclub at least, because the person who won will have to show the ID / Passport... to Eugene to get the tickets... ;)
About the other tickets from Expressen or Radio Stations, well, if they don’t ask for IDs/passports or sth, it’s their problem..
