Ask God just one question
Santi said on April 3, 2003 07:46:
I don’t believe in God but I’m asking you this with the biggest of respect, it’s just simple curiosity. I was listening to the song “One of us” and it’s interesting.
If you met God, and could ask him just one question.... what would you ask?
Think it good, you would just have one chance... what would it be the question? :)
Majdy said on April 3, 2003 09:24:
umm.. dunno. but I DO like One Of Us. It’s a very beautiful song. I like the line “just a stranger on the bus”. hey, who knows?!!!!

I would ask that he could make all my dreams and wishes come true :)

Seriously, I’d ask her why good/nice things always comes at a high price...
... and why we are so dawn to them!!
Jud (moderator) said on April 3, 2003 10:13:
was it you who had the *great* idea to put human beings on Earth??
purplemedusa said on April 3, 2003 10:23:
Good 1, Judith... surely god was getting a bit bored so she created complicated beings... & now she’s got a soap-opera 24/7 ... and so much channel hopping 2!!

God it’s me! What’s the matter with you!!??
I’m God. David God ;)

I don’t have anything I would ask him, as I ask him anything I want anyway. And God always answers my questions.
So if I would see him face to face, I would probably fall down at my knees and just thank him for having shown so much love towards me during my life.

If you really exist:
Why is there so much trouble in the world?
If you are almighty, do something about it!
sweet_stalker57 said on April 4, 2003 01:55:
why do people still live in New Jersey if there is so much toxic waste there?
lonely_girl said on April 4, 2003 05:40:
How can you let the people dealing with each other like they do? (Wars, environment polution, poverty,...)
It’s actually strange, I heard this song yesterday at the radio and I got in a philosophic mood, thinking about what would I ask if I had the possibility...
coyboyusa said on April 4, 2003 22:49:
l;ol we live in new jersey cause we like to see our children develope 3 eyes and fish fins
animalkingdom said on April 9, 2003 20:50:
I’d probably not figure out anything clever and end up asking something completely stupid e.g. what’s his fav colour.
tinytim said on April 25, 2003 15:54:
Roxrider...it will happen in a very close future. Belive me...better, believe in god.
But...considering the good mood inherit in this topic, I’d ask God...”Why bugs?”
animalkingdom said on April 26, 2003 14:30:
Tinytim, why would you waist a question like that on god when you can simply ask it from me, for instance?
Mackan-S said on April 26, 2003 14:33:
vax u said that he doesnt exist.
i belive that if you want him to he does. cause there are 2 ways to live your life, 1 is trough not beliving in miracles and just see things like coincidence. the second is to belive that all is miracles.
if you want god to exist he will exist (for you that is).

“Why did you make it so hard?”
ixtlaner said on June 10, 2003 00:00:
Who created you???

miracle = sth. not yet proven/explained/understood by the official science. Not necessarily having anything to do with god >;)

It’s not surprising me that so many people doubt his (or her, whatever) existence, but it’s surprising me that so many of you foccus only on the bitter side of life.
Good and bad r like 2 sides of a coin, if one of them don’t exist, then the other don’t either.
How can we simply expect only good things in life when we don’t know what bad is? Our judgment is not inbuilt, you know.
I believe those ugly things happen to show us what’s good and to teach us some sense of gratefulness.
Don’t you think?????
BTW, I’ve no idea of any question right now.

For those who are wondering why the world is the way it is:
Religions preach that “God gave us free will.” So, look to yourselves as to why the world is so messed up.
Since my beliefs lay upon a different path, I don’t have a relevant question for either God or Goddess.

I would ask him.... Can I ask you 10 more questions?....
some of them would be: Will roxette release another album? Why roxette can’t top the charts all over the world?
Cerchio said on March 29, 2005 13:58:
I wouldn’t ask It many questions, but I’d give It a mouth-full none the less! :)
But one question would be: What does it think about all the killing we’re doing in its name?
coyboyusa said on March 29, 2005 14:18:
i have a better one igf you could ask any loon who kills in the name of a nonexistent god what would you ask him or her.
Mitya said on April 25, 2005 15:02:
I am not a religious person, and the word “god” for me is sort of synonymous to the word “everything” in its most absolute meaning, thus I think each and everyone of us is a part of God; hope it makes sense
