What is S.N.Y.K.O. exactly?

I know they’ve done the strings in the Rox songs, and I just found out they’ve done the strings for the Backstreet Boys and Ace of base and Michael Bolton too!...

Everytime I read the S.N.Y.K.O thing i remember the ending of Vulnerable, i really liked it.

do you really think that ?

Stockholms Nya Kammarorkester.

And that means Stockholm’s New Chamber Orchestra.

Ferdan liked the strings on Vulnerable! Celebration time he did a positive remark... lol

But yeah the strings sound really really cool i agree. Not only in Vulnerable but also on WISF (i guess they sound outstanding on this one... you could pratically do an adagio version on this one!)
Plus... “Watercolour in the rain” ... lovely section
“Do you wanna go the whole way?” powerful and straightfoward yeah i love that intro... and i agree with Marie the strings “sweeping in” in CBB makes your skin turn into chicken skin really...
They also sound really well on Beautiful Things although so sad and depressive but it had to match the original feeling of the song

By the way Roxette in RS used another Orchestra group for the strings recordings? Does anyone had any idea why? Is SNYKO still extisting?

Ps: LIfe is a Flower by Ace Of Base ... the coolest strings section ever for me... great!

That’s why I regret NOTP was cancelled...those beautifull strings...

Yeh don’t tell me
it was one of my dreams to see Roxette with a big orchestra :/

Actually Roxette performed live back in 1999 in Portugal singing Anyone and WICF using a big group of strings in the background ...it was so awesome! It would really be cool to see them doing that again witha big orchestra in a couple of years, if Marie in the meantime gets better:)

Of course SNYKO exists... do you think their only customer is Roxette? :p
