In Buenos Aires, Argentina, I realized that a Ramones Tribute album has been released. But there is no Per’s cover on it... Why did this happened?
Vixzter said on March 8, 2003 07:36:
The album with the Per stuff on it is called The Song Ramones The Same - A Tribute To The Ramones.

Yes, the single “I wanna be your boyfriend” was released, in Sweden. (Great single, by the way!!)
The album “The songs Ramones the same” is also released in Sweden and some other countries (that I don´t know).
There´s no chance it was released in Argentina or South America, but you can import it!
Bye bye..

@ daniel_alv: Since I was at the releaseparty on april 15:th 2002, I suppose it was relesaed that day. *smile*
The album “The Songs Ramones The Same - a tribute to the Ramones”, was released April 15, 2002. It contains covers of various Ramones songs, done by different Swedish (I think) artists. One of them are “I wanna be your boyfriend”, that is made by Per Gessle. That song was also released as a single.
the 7” vinyl single:
1. I wanna be your boyfriend
2. Sheena is a punkrocker
the 12” vinyl single:
1. I wanna be your boyfriend
2. Sheena is a punkrocker
3. Gimme gimme shock treatment
the CD single:
1. I wanna be your boyfriend
2. Sheena is a punkrocker
