Pretty Woman, Erin Brockovich, Notting Hill :O would you say that I like Julia Roberts? :D
I just can watch these films again and again, and I will still laugh and cry and all..
Another one is the 3rd Chapter from “If these walls could talk II” with Ellen Degeneres and Sharon Stone, I don’t know how many times I have watched it with my girlfriend, about 20 or 30, I even know the texts :DD
Jud (moderator) said on April 5, 2003 20:14:
In Spain I rent VHS - not all the old films are in DVD.
In Austria Connie and I try to rent DVDs because then we can watch the film in English. The only films I watch in German - so far - are the ones on ORF TV that come with subtitles (for deaf) and that makes it easier for me to follow.
And also because I don’t like doubed films so much, I think you cannot really feel the real meaning of the words and everything like that.. unfortunately the films showed in Spain are doubed in to Spanish :/ The people who “lend” the voices are good, but still, nothing can be compared to listening to Julia speaking herself :D

My favourite film is called ’Foul Play’ and was released in 1978. It stars Goldie Hawn, Chevy Chase, Dudley Moore and Burgess Meredith. The theme tune was ’Ready To Take The Chance Again’ by Barry Manilow.
Stormkeeper said on April 6, 2003 15:58:
oh Chester, how COULD I forget that one!!!! It´s the only movie I have seen about 10 times I think!!
It´s really fun, great dialogue etc. That white-haired guy is scary ;)) My fav part of the movie is that library scene!
I always like Goldie :))))) she´s always fun:))) did you like her army movie as well? released about the same time, in the end of the 70s.
