other producers?

What other producers would you like to see working with Per on some worth-coming Rox releases?
I think they should give Max Martin a try.
He has made some super hits to Britney, Celine and Rednex for example and everything he touches seem to turn gold :)

Max Martin could be their way for a success in the USA.
He´s a money-making-machine I think.

So you want success at the cost of them sounding like a boy band?... no thanx.
But anyway.... that only shows the cheap musical taste that is ruling the US.
And if you really want an answer.... well, Bob Rock could be the producer.

They could work with a hip producer that stil understands rock sound, William Orbit for instance. I hear he’s done a very good job with Blur...

Anders Herrlin wouldnt be a bad choice... who’s actually producing Enrique Iglesias? Some international latin influences would suit them I think (considering their popular in hispanic territories)

maybe they could change their style totally, like Ray Of Light album by Madonna produced by W. Orbit. ;) heh

His real name’s Jimmy Monell, he’s part of the group “The April Tears” who are - surprise, surprise - signed to Per’s label Tom Bone Music -> http://www.tombone.com/artiststat.shtml

Two people? Didn’t Per say “Shooting star” is Jimmy Monell in one of the RS-interviews?

i think they should get back to basics! Just Clarence - after all, all the songs on DBU-GTTC[the most successful part of their career] are produced by him! Shooting Star were good for a change, but to have many albums produced by them -no way!

If they were to get another producer from the “outside”, then I’d suggest William Orbit - they already have symillar sounds so it wouldn’t be that much of a change. And everything HE touches turns to gold - his own solo albums [especially P-I-A-M-S] are some of the most acclaimed albums ever [in the all important UK market anyway]. It would be a safe bet to use him for some UK orientated stuff!

No, not Max Martin.
Rox is a band with a “roxsound”, and Max Martin can’t do that.
Maybe Per should produce with MP and Herrlin?
