Question about UK June afternoon CDS

I got uk JA single with following number
7243 8652492 8
The only single from UK is CDEM 437 as listed in
TLFR.
It has the same tracklisting as cdem 437 , but the songs a listed like this (on cd)
1.june afternoon
2.seduce me demo
4.it must have been love
3.listen to your heart
numbers are messed up.
There’s no other single from any other country to match serial numbers. Is this is a UK release ?
It says so on the cd emi uk.
Anyone could clarify that for me ?

I think it is the UK one as I have it and did buy here in the UK. However it is known as UKCDEM 437 & also has 7243 8 65249 2 8 on the sleeve inside. Track listed as follows:-
June Afternoon
Seduce Me (Demo 22/08/90)
It Must Have Been Love
Listen To Your Heart
I am certain it was the UK release as they are always different that the European releases.
Maybe someone knows different.

I bought this CD in Spain and the songs are also listed 1, 2, 4, 3. But in the CD it says that it is made in the UK. It also says this thing CDEM 437.
