Not professional. Nice try but proportions are still not settled well. Never liked smudged pencil technics, always used strokes for half-tons and even big areas filling. (at least that’s what they teach at drawing art scholls here)

I can’t seem to find it either. A friend of mine is a fantastic artist and she has some amazing, and I mean amazing, drawings of Marie and Per. I remember she took them with her to a Roxette gig in London and took them out backstage to show Marie. Marie was VERY impressed and signed the picture! I will have to get her to send in a copy to the fanclub. Her talent is wasted and I keep telling her she has to do something with it.

Well you know you all need glasses, because i’ve seen the sketch up close and you can’t quit capture the essence on a scan, but she has captured a soul here, too bad you’re too blind to see it..
Also learn how to critique with tact and grace instead of being the children you are. No it can’t look Identical to a photo, that would be another PHOTO..... art is interpretation and I guess most of you are too stupid to see that. .. I think Marie would have liked the sketch and thought it a beautiful effort.

I don’t really understand why you are being so overly sensitive... I can only guess that either the artist is a friend of yours... or that you are in fact involved in the attempt to sell this item. Either way, you should have said so to begin with.

The artist who drew it is talented, no doubt, but far from being a professional artist. Two things they need to work on:
Proportion, and Shading.
Need I go on, or will C_Rocker throw another hissy fit just because people gave their honest opinions?

I think the artist had a lot of patience to draw like that, I tried a few times to draw Roxette, but it come out... different from the way I wanted it!
It took a lot of effort, give the artist credit for that! The likeness is there.
