he’s been released on bail now.

they questioned him for about an hour yesterday, and have taken his computer to be looked at.

he said he was lookin at the site (pics) for research for a book. he also said he thinks he may have been abused as a child, so i dunno. :-/

So, whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty in A COURT OF LAW!?!?! See, this was Mr. Townshend’s biggest fear: Being tried by the public and his (and The Who’s) career going down the toilet, despite the fact he might be innocent. One can be exonerated of such a claim, but the damage is already done.

Shame on those of you for jumping on the band-wagon and persecuting him before the judicial system in England has a chance to determine his guilt or innocence.
