Keeping on "The ballad hits" promotion

I think that non-Roxette fans haven’t enough with “A thing about you” and they should hear more Roxette gratest hits.
I mean the best tracks of the album are not “ATAY” so why don’t the record company send some other songs to stations to promote “The ballad hits”.
As far as I know “Salvation” was not released in Spain (because of “Quisiera volar” promotion), so why don’t they do it now, we missed the single and the video, it would be nice to hear it on the radio and watch it on MTV Spain or 40 TV.
For the rest of countries a new release of “It must have been love” or “Listen to your heart” will be great, as many people don’t know that songs.
I know fans DO know them, and don’t think that release old songs again and again is a good idea, but thinking about non-fans, I mean possibly buyers. That is a good way of promotion, isn’t it?
Moreover, other artists don’t include new releases in their greatest hits, and promote tem with the old songs.
Well, that’s what I was thinking
Thanx for listening

Definately a good idea. But with ’The Pop Hits’ coming out in March, Capitol will be focusing most of their attention for Roxette on that release.
With the US market, on the other hand, a lot of the more recent material has never been released there - and that would open up a lot of options for promotion. Then again, I am dreaming. *slaps self*

Well, I can see, as Roxette is going to release something new, the Old Sings get more airplay automatically anyway, it always has been like that in the past... so that happens anyway I think.
