Hey all, I was just watching RTL 4 and i saw an commercial of Sultana.... The song they used was Roxette with The Look....... Just to let you know....

What is so bad about your music in a commercial???
A lot of people are going to listen to a artist because they heard their music in a commercial/movie or whatever. I think this is very good, especially in a country like NL, where roxette doesn’t get any attention!

I’m glad it isn’t a funny commercial and not something lousy about a product no one wants to be associated with, like toilet paper.

Music in a commercial is the best. You reach everyone and everytime the commercial is on TV you get cash for the royalties! :D
Weezer got very well known in Spain thanks to Movistar (a phone company) ads. They use “Island in the sun” for the last 2 years and well, I guess they’re getting a lot of cash for that :D

A girl buys new clothes. She’s very pleased with it and in the background you hear “She’s got the look”. When she walks out of the shop she meets an old lady in exactly the same clothes (even her dog has the same type of clothes) and the music stops (the normal silence in The Look). After they have said something about Sultana the music continues with “na na na”...
