The correct address to write to:
Chantie ... [email protected]
If you want to contact *me*, then write to:
Stefan ... [email protected]
We had lots of (mostly) useless threads about this topic, and honestly I doubt that writing threads will help you get your items. Sending us an email might help and possibly it might clear up things a bit.
As for “The Look For Roxette”, from what I know all copies ordered before Dec. 1, 2002 have been shipped before Christmas, so it´s a matter of postal service now. Due to the weight of the book it had to be shipped via surface mail though...
Cheers, Stefan.

Nevertheless I really hope you understand that we can´t do anything else than SENDING I OFF, and this has been done already...
I´m afraid we can´t help here since the stuff left Fanclub´s hands a while ago!

@coyboy: we sent out that message about the tourbook and discography being shipped seperate because we received a lot of questions from people that ordered for instance the tourbook and a cd and they received one of the items and were afraid their other order was somehow lost. You see, normally we ship a whole order together, but in this case, because we had so many books we had to send at the same time, we decided to ship them seperate.
As for your tourbook: I’ve asked before: can you send me a mail with your full name, so I can check what happened with your tourbook?

No. I got the discography in time and the problems with the Tourbook has something to do with the remailing service. And I got it last week.
