Yep I can verify what Japeke is saying... I have the disk too. It came wrapped and included an obi strip.

Don’t forget the paper OBI-strip which is at almost all CD’s in those countries. But that one isn’t that interesting: just paper strip of 2,5 Centimeter, with a lot of japanese signs, and a little picture from HAND..... Maybe you can see it at ultimate.roxette.org (don’t know, I can’t view roxette.org pages)

p.s. but as VIXZTER and COYBOYusa say: they aren’t very interesting.... Maybe because you can’t read what there is on them....
