Help calling Sweden from USA please

Hej,

I’m trying to dial a # in Sweden from the US and it keeps telling me I’m not dialing enough #’s. The # I have (from Bengans wes site) is:

031-42 52 23

The calling card I’m using says to dail 011+country code+city code+telephone. However, when I try to dial 011 031 it says that 0110 is invalid. So, I tried it as 011 31 42 52 23 but then it says not enough #’s. Anyone from Sweden have any suggestions as to what I’m doing wrong?

so i must dial 004631-and number..

I think you have to dial the country code that is +46 or 0046, and then 31 (you skip 0) and then the rest of the number.
