I would like to know if there’s any Xmas song sang by Marie, Per, Gyllene Tider or Roxette. Do you know any?

Yeah, this one is quite obvious, but I was thinking about Swedish songs preformed by M or P. :) Thanx for help anyway :)

They’ve never really been a fan of Xmas songs as far as I’ve remembered. Would love to hear them do Rocking Around The Xmas Tree like Mel & Kim!! Would be great!

gyllene tider recorded the song “24:de december”. must be about christmas...

Yes, 24e december is a X-mas song, but it’s an anti x-mas song. :)
As far as I know neither Per nor Marie have any X-mas songs recorded. Well, there is Blå december of course.

I’ve heard recently that Gyllene Tider sang Sankt Staffan Visa once :)
Superbullie said on December 9, 2006 16:05:
yeah, gyllene tider once performed “Staffan var en Stalledräng” wich is a christmas song like tevensso taught me ;-)

Was it GT that played on a xmas song called ’Da’n före da’n’?
tevensso (moderator) said on December 9, 2006 16:38:
Ha ha, yes Staffan var en stalledräng was indeed performed at the famed X-mas concerts in 1978.
And of course, Dan före dan is Niklas Strömstedt and Gyllene Tider.

What about “Nu är det ju juli igen, ju” from the Mazarin sessions, inspired by a similarily pronounced Swedish x-mas tune? I guess this does not really count?

Keep on thinking.

@thenicekai
Isn’t it song about summer, because ’juli’ means ’July’ :)
thenicekai said on December 10, 2006 11:52:
Sure.
But the original song is about “jul” which is “x-mas” in Swedish. :-)

Keep on thinking.
