Apple mac info help please ?

Does anyone with a apple mac know a program that can record sounds from your computer , ie music being streamed ? or u playing something and teh program records it ? pc have loads of programs i found :-(.

i record it with the “mp3” and after i put it in the pc, but i can’t do a CD, i must turn it in a “real song” with a program named “nero”.
do you play songs?

@rox-kuryliw I womder why you need it *lol*!!! I think everybody out there is preparing for Monday and I’m really angry ’cos my sound card is not full duplex enabled (ie. record what you hear) so even though I have a PC it’s a problem for me too! I hope somebody can help you with that, unfortunately I don’t know anything about Mac.

hey, but what’s on?
why you both are doing...what, why?

@Ary-Sya well I was just kidding with rox but I’d like to record the demo songs they’re streaming on roxette.se starting from next Monday so that I can give a listen or two.

@Rox-K - been trying to find out as well. Whoever finds it first, post here!!

@roxlad: that’s harsh! just silly me...thanks for explanation

I was looking for the same. :-) I’ve got no Mac, though. I found this: http://web-sniffer.net/ Not sure, if it works with the songs, I tried it just for fun with some animated picture and it worked well. I got lots of links and FlashGet did the rest with one of them.

I’m sure Adobe Audition is able to do that. But I’m not sure you’re willing to pay what it costs if it’s to record a bl**dy streaming demo :D LMAO

mac people i think
http://www.xheadsoftware.com/recorder_xhead.asp looks promising. If i can record it, i can then edit it to sound better in another program.

Im not saying what im using it for ;-) its not for uni put it that way lol.

I think Audio Hijack looks good as well :P

rox-kuryliw, I’d check out http://www.versiontracker.com/macosx/ and search for a stream ripper. Didn’t need one myself *yet*... ;-)
