GOODBYE TO YOU

Say wha?

Guess I missed where it was I clicked that said: “Involve me in someone else’s dramas” o_O

ooooooooUCH..

Nah, you just clicked on where it said off-topic.

Forum description : talk about your world, your love, your life ... about anything. Sorry if you can’t understand this description, maybe some-one out there can lend you a dictionairy???

Now, now, now. . .

Spooky’s dictionary is working perfectly.

I believe what she so delicately (your sledgehammer still works well, I see, Spooks) wanted to say was bless your heat for puring it out, and bless whomever has the inclination and will to wade through your lengthy post. Unfortunately it is not her.

Now play nice, or no pudding for you.

Yeah, I realised it was long when I looked at what I had wrote. I didn’t realise it was that long. *sheepish look*

So, its gone. I took it off becuase I re-read it and thought it was a waste of time, not because a not so friendly ghost had a bitchy comment to make.

RG81: You really didn’t need to delete the post. Someone might have been able to relate and post a little bit of support. There are times when it’s just as good to get all the shit out of you head and feel like you’ve taken a step toward somewhere other than where you are at the moment. And it sounded like you needed to do it. You’re post was not for naught, even if it was only yourself that you helped, that was the most important one.

I skimmed it a few times, got the salient points, I THINK (and to DISprove it, I’ll comment on my skimming): You certainly can’t help who you fall in love with, but if it’s no good, the better action IS to let it go. I’ve got too many friends that stay in a bad/nowhere relationship just because they don’t want to be alone. That really annoys me. Learning to be alone with yourself is just as important as learning to be with someone else.

But that DOESN’T stop the feelings. I’ve learned that the farther away from an emotional situation, the better the perspective, the less the intensity.

AND as far as Little Spooky goes: She is friendly a friendly spectre. I suspect she’s more the plate throwing poltergeist and that’s what I adore about her. She’s just a little snarky, like we ALL can be from time to time. If you’re in a wicked mood and want to give someone the business—no glass house here. . .I’ll cop to that myself—getting a reaction can tell one a lot about a person. At least we know you’re no misery-guts, wilting lily. Ya got a little spit in there. I’d run with it. Makes life more fun.

You got a little from atop the soapbox there too. I’ll climb down as it makes me an easier target for plate-flinging ghosts.

Did I miss this?

My only question is:

Why share something so intensely private with the public? I know a couple of others that would have said a lot WORSE than what I did. My erroneous conclusion is it had something to do with a Roxette song. Next time, be more specific with your topics.

I actually thought she was giving the forums the big kiss-off in angy capitol letters. And she definately wouldn’t be the first to start a lovelorn thread. I can think of one meber I really only recalling see post here when he’s confused about his lovelife—just recently too. . .

And as far as the personal revelations go, all I can say is that sometimes the distance and anonymity of the forums can be a great place to unburden yourself. Especially if you’ve driven your friends or family batty with it. Or, as Kate Bush so aptly sang:

You can’t tell your sister
You can’t tell a priest
Coz it’s so deep you don’t think that you can
Speak about it to anyone

Oops. I’m up here again. . .

DAMN!!!
I really should log on at the weekends!!!
I miss everything!!!

Really, there was not that much missed besides a lengthy initial post.

SO, did we scare Rain Girl off? Come back, RG81, come back!

I think she went to stand in the rain!
