Alright, I know there was a topic about the new Pet Shop Boys single already, couldn’t be bothered to check it out anymore, though (and god, there were 3 topics about the Rox20 GH tracklist..), but this is about the ALBUM in general - haha ;)
Anyway, anyone’s heard it yet? I got it today from CDON and haven’t had the time to listen to it completely yet but so far for what I HAVE heard it sounds absolutely amazing. Like NME put it: “their best album in over a decade”. Or actually, the best they’ve ever done, I say! :O
Still need to give a full spin...I’ll edit if I change my mind ;)
However, “The Sodom & Gomorrah Show” is pure gold as is the ballad “Numb”. Also “Minimal” sounds brilliant.
The first single somewhat worried me a little, the verses are kewl, though.
Give your thoughts, too!

I got it today in the mail; I have listened to it twice now and I’m a little bit disappointed, because I had expected more... Maybe it has to grow on me :)

I don’t have the album... but I like many songs I’ve heard! If I’m lucky enough, I’ll finally see them live in July, here in my town, for the first time ever!!! YAY!! Can’t wait! :D

Back at the topic, ok, so the album’s got two filler-ish songs but I don’t care. All in all, I adore the record.
Btw, my new favourite song is the final track “Integral”.
