Looks very much like Polish to me. Which not only I can’t understand, I can’t even follow someone reading it :D I’m sorry.

Assuming it is Polish, I looked up a translator online:
This is what it came up with (line by line):
IT & # 163 DZIA; there IS TEMPORARILY & # 202 NIEDOST; NY
We INVITE & # 175 JU; SOON
We APOLOGIZE FOR SQUEEZES CORDIALLY (well I’m glad they cordially apologize for squeezes o_O)
So, I’m lead to believe it’s not Polish, cuz that sure as hell makes about as much sense as tits on a bull.

the 8th letter in is a bloody pound sign so god knows what language it is!

The original text is:
TEN DZIAL JEST TYMCZASOWO NIEDOSTÊNY
ZAPRASZAMY JUZ WKRÓTCE...
ZA UTRUDNIENIA SERDECZNIE PRZEPRASZAMY
The Pound-sign is a hyphenated “L” which is pronounced like a mix of “L” and “V”.
The text simply says that the service is temporarily not available and they say Sorry for that.

If I knew the language, I might be able to direct you accordingly :)
