GOOD GOD!
Okay... eFile can blow me O_O
I HATE TAX TIME!!!!
I’m filing now in hopes of getting some $$ to finish paying off my tuition.
And I have like 4 W-2 forms (tax documents) because I was fired from UTA in May of 05 (1), picked up temp work with Adecco (2), had to leave that due to moving and picked up temp work through another company, Apex (3), and then hired on at Flying J around Christmas time of 05 (4).
O_O O_O I guess I’ll run by the post office and pick up the paper forms and fill those out. Cuz online doesn’t have all of the papers for the “See Page 39 if you claimed that a tree fell on your house due to an Act of Congress”.
*flips the bird*
I’m destressing. I think I have a bald patch now....
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

But the government, which is the most important thing in the universe, cannot operate unless it confiscates money from the people who produce earned income. Lots of people think taxes aren’t high enough. Those folks should just voluntarily pay extra to the government, since they don’t think the government is confiscating enough. Personally, I worked hard for my money and I deserve to keep it – I certainly don’t want it being stolen from me by the government, to give to any elected politician who did nothing to earn that money from me, and who will simply squander it.

Especially considering that the IRS was supposed to be a TEMPORARY thing, to generate revenue during one of the world wars and has been kept illegally in existance since then.

Just doing mine as well - still don’t know where to put two insurances of mine (specific ones for the retirement).
Every month, they get a big part of my precious salary and I have to move heaven and hell to get back what they get too much, as an interest-free loan from me. Why don’t THEY come to me, ask nicely for a little contribution and do the declaration for me?! That’s how it should work...

the irs was originally kept around to prevent corporate fraud after the found that the mob was involved in the auto industry. Regardless of how many w2 you have you should be entitled to something back...but if your income surpassed 100k for the year you may be subject to a new tax that might kill your refund :)
