Hi, folks!
I would like to know if you guys dream about Marie singing any song from another singer, and releasing a CD with them, as I do...
Actually, I have a little wish list of songs:
1. A Whiter Shade Of Pale (Annie Lennox and others)
2. I’m Jealous (Shania Twain)
3. I Have A Dream (Abba)
4. For Free (Joni Mitchell)
5. What A Wonderful World (Louis Armstrong)
6. In My Life (Beatles)
If you have a list, could you post it here?

annie lennox - legand in my living room
belinda carlisle - vision of you
Kylie - put yourself in my place (strange choice , but could be fab)
George michael - Flawless (go to the city)
green day - Boulivard of broken dreams (IMHBL style)
some strange choices i know, but i think they would be fab with her singing them in her style.

I love greendays ’Boulevard Of Broken Dreams’.
I am not a fan but I really like some songs from this band. I must admit that it would surely be very interesting to hear Marie sing the song!

Marie already sang “What A Wonderful Wold” live, with Frida (the former ABBA member). It happened back in 1992, at “Musik på Borggården” (a gala to raise funds for ecologycal issues).
I’d like Marie doing a cover version of Carpenter’s “A Song For You”. Just read this part of the lyrics and you will agree with me:
I’ve been so many places in my life and time
I’ve sung a lot of songs I’ve made some bad rhyme
I’ve acted out my love in stages
With ten thousand people watching
But we’re alone now and I’m singing this song for you
The song is beautiful, and slightly jazzy. So, I think it suits Marie very well.

@roxtexanet: you’re right, I already listened to Marie rendition of “For Free”, and it’s really BEAUTIFUL!!!! But, it just have to be released again, preferably in that CD that I imagined, with song of another artists...
I already listened to “What A Wonderful World”, too. But it was a live version with a terrible quality...
It would be great to hear “Boulevard Of Broken Dreams”, in a “IMHBL style” I’m 100% with this.
Personally, I imagine Marie singing “I Have A Dream” from Abba, keeping the children choir and using violins as main instruments... Yes, I have my own dream...
By the way, it would be great to hear Marie singing “For All We Know” from The Carpenters...

I’d love to hear Marie singing any song from The Carpenters, specially the love songs... like “Only Yesterday” or “I need to be in love”, would be great.

That I Would Be Good - Alanis Morisette. Brilliant song that I think Marie would be good as!
Also wondered what Marie would be like singing Always Breaking My Heart and Love Doesn’t Live Here.
And just for the sake of it, would like to her sing Always by Bon Jovi. Interesting!!
