Homage for Roxette 20 years

What about fans singing Roxette songs for their 20 years? I think it would be a fantastic homage. But, we would need their help. Fans could record a song and send it to Per and Marie and they could choose some of them and make a double CD, for example. I can’t sing at all but I would like to listen Roxette songs by people that really love them.

i really like the idea. ok, it does not have to be a cd, but we could upload songs, poems, letters etc. for Roxette’s 20th anniversary and make a homepage of it; i think that could be considered as birthday presents from fans for fans & Per & Marie.

What is the date of the aniversary we should aim for?
I am able to create video or audio, CD, DVD, or e-books and websites.
I don’t know if I have anywhere online that could allow a lot of bandwith though - I couldn’t afford to host a much viewed site - and this could have thousands of fans visiting lol

I’m form Argentina and every Monday I watch “La noche del 10”, Diego Maradona’s TV show. There is a section called “My letter to Diego” where people send an e-mail talking about their feelings about him, and there is another section called “My photo with Diego”, people send a photo of them and Diego and they tell when, where and in what cinrcumstances the photo was taken. It would be nice that the site has a section where fans could leave there feelings about Roxette or a photo, a special one.
And it would be interesting a video section about Rox in different countries that could be called “From Sweden to the World” or “Around the World” or something like that. (I’ve got some nice images from their first time in Argentina walking through the airport surrounded by fans, but they are in VHS and I haven’t got the necessary hardware to loaded into the computer.)
And what about a section about magazines covers from all over the world? Or another about “Saying Hello” in different languages (from concerts, for example)?
It would be fantastic that Marie and Per knew about it!!!
I have no idea how to make a website but I could help with ideas.

a funny idea actually. but where we should record it ? some years ago I got a tape made by fans. everybody made something and recorded it on the tape. when the tape was full, someone sent it to Per.
But I think it was nothing to make a Cd. It was just nice, because the fans had great ideas just like singing, playing guitar or reading poems dedicated to them.
I don’t know if Marie or Per ever listen to it.
