It would’ve done better if EMI had done it properly. They released “Goodbye To You” as a 7” single, but Roxette performed “Soul Deep” in every TV show. Then, much later, “Soul Deep” was released as a single... Normal EMI.

The reason is Goodbye to You was the 2nd Roxette single released in Sweden. And according to my sources, it was #9. By the way, I love that song!!! Very 80’s, poppy and happy rhythm!
