Cover of COTH on Swedish radio?!

Today when listening to Swedish radio I heard a cover version of Centre Of The Heart performed by some crazy people who ones made a radio program here in Sweden called “Rally”. I wonder if anyone know if this cover is available on any CD and in that case which one?! Thanks!!! :)
