Yep, the promo has the same cover. The only difference between the normal release and the promo release is that the promo has a golden stamp in the upper right corner of the sleeve.
Yes, the reason why it is not in the book is that Robert didn’t see this promo as a real promo release since the difference only is a stamp. :)
