Well, that’s fully up to you of course.... but I would not count it as a different release so I would not buy it no...

At the pop25 exhibition we regarded the 12”
spegelboll promotion as two separate items.
More or less based on the same information
as Per stated above, a stained first pressing
and a non stained second pressing.
This is also inline with the separation of the
Glitter & Glögg… vinyl, which came in three
different tones of red coloured vinyl
(most certainly 1st, 2nd and 3rd pressings).
However to call it different releases would
probably be a bit over the edge. But since it is
different pressings (that also look different)
I, as a collector, regard them as different and
interesting items.
Cheers!

I don’t know if I’m informed wrong (correct me if I am), but what I heard is that the 200 first copies had the “spits” and the 100 after didn’t. This since EMI decided to press some more.
But I wouldn’t go as far to call it two releases. In that case every little new pressing of a CD is a new release. For instance if it says 1-1-1 NL at the back of a CD or 1-1-2 NL doesn’t mean that it is a new pressing of the CD, that only means it is either pressed by another machine, or on another day.
