If you are referring to national stations then I guess BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 2 are the clear favourites here. Both have websites with online streaming.

I don’t know how you would get them to play Australian music. The British media is wrongly obsessed with image rather than talent. So it doesn’t matter if the music is the next best thing. Unless they are regarded as “in” then they are not even going to be considered.
