Here’s the message she posted on her forum/website on the 20th:
Hello there boardies! I just wanted to give you a quick hello and tell you I am doing fine. I recieved my last chemo treatment (yuk) 3 weeks ago. I am on to radiation and then I will be done with all of this. It has been quite a journey, one which I could not have done without the love and support of my sweet wife Tammy.
Be sure and tune into the Grammys on Feb. 13th (I think that’s the date...chemo brain) for a little surprise, but I warn you...I am bald. Yep, all of that fine full dyed blond hair is gone. It will grow back, slowly.
Thank you for all of your well wishes.
See you soon.
Melissa
She was diagnosed with breast cancer in October, she seems to recovered fast! :D

so Melissa performed at the Grammies.. she rocked! What’s most important, Melissa looks great :D I know she’s got lots of make-up on but besides her bald head (cute+sexy :O) you wouldn’t say she’s gone through treatment :O Her smile and her looks are there all the way ;)
I don’t know who the other girl she played with is, Joss Stone I think it was, never heard of her, but whatever big expectations people put on her.. it was quite disappointing, as soon as Melissa’s powerful voice started to sound Joss’ voice disappeared ;)
Some MLE fans have made videos and pics available on MLE’s forum. Here’s the link to the video-post:

(Don’t miss out the amazing -blonde- guitar player Philip, this guy is a genius!)
