O-Zone Dragostea Din Tei

Here I’d like to talk to you about O-Zone, Romanian band that stressed Europe this year with their hits Dragostea Din Tei, Despre Tine, Numai Tu, Sarbatoarea Noptilor De Vara and the others... so, I think, you know what I am talking about:)
What’s your opinion about this music;)

catchy and fun.

Dragostea Din Tei was fun in the summer but the second single was just a total copy of it!

By the way I haven’t heard the other songs you listed - - think that just two singles have now been released and become hits...

Crap :)

Well, guys, all your opinions are interesting for me:)
Even those, that say ’crap’ ;)
The second single you are talking about- Despre Tine- really is older, then Dragostea Din Tei. Maybe you’ve not heard the other songs I named ’hits’, because, maybe, they just didn’t become hits in your country (however they became hits in Russia, the country I’m living).
All of ’em are from their album DiscOzone (European).
All the tracks of the album DiscOzone are fine:)
Cos, that’s not such a high level as the level of Roxette, but that’s enough good music to be listened, for sure:)

so the language is romanian? I had no clue :P

Yeah it’s in Romanian as far as I know. I visited Germany last september and the song played 24/7. At first it annoyed me but I guess I got used to it and even bought the album before I flew back. It’s not bad, bit repetitive maybe.

The language is Romanian, their native, as well as Russian (the members of the grouup are from Moldova, where most people speak both languages), they’ve done some song in English, but, however decided to produce all their songs in Romanian language only- the’s even a song on their album called ’Nu Ma Las De Limba Noastra’(’We’ll never stop speaking our language’)
;)

O-Zone split up, they still have contracts till end of may and than it will be over..
So sorry... that was such a splendid group...
Quanto lo siento...
