A good MF site: lots of photos!!! But I hate sites that just steal everything from the Worship page (you guys know who you are!!!) Those sites just suck!

Yeah but that’s an Äntligen concert. PM wants DSR! I’ve heard DSR live, it sounds nothing special just live versions of the songs. I would love to SEE a concert - or even one song!! I heard that it had a special atmosphere! I wonder if a video exists somewhere, even if only a home made video?

Some DSR live was broadcasted on Swedish TV (not sure if in full). That was the source for some of audio bootleg (as always). Saw it on sale at ebay some years ago. Nobody bought :)

Kiwein and Jud: I’ve seen a bunch of sites that lift the whole biography and paste it as their own, so it’s word for word identical to mine! That’s just stupid, it’s not that hard to write a bio. And one site (that is now closed) stole my entire quotes page, and every time I added a new quote, this site would have on the front page “New quote added!!” And some of those quotes are things I heard direct from Marie or from friends who heard her say it, so there’s no way someone else coincidentally found the same quote in a magazine! And heaps of sites take the lyric translations, though at least some ppls have been nice enough to ask first!

ah well, TDR also is a victim of this, people using the news or translating them from our articles without writing the source, I have also seen some of my Marie pictures (now offline, not for this reason but because I don’t have the scans anymore neither a backup neither a scanner) spread around (I think even one with ME !) etc etc.. since there’s not much to do about it - just learn to live with it :D
You can also write to these people directly and ask them to write the source - I did sometimes and it worked :)

I really actually don’t know that YOU took them - would you tell me which photos we talk about so I can remove them?
I did have a look through all the pics on my hard disk before I uploaded them to the page and I couldn’t find out again from where I got what pic. And of course there is a small text about copyrights and ownership on the front of the gallery..but maybe that’s not enough. :)

Jud: yeah I’ve seen that, you visit a site’s news page and it’s just Daily Rox’s news with no credits. Like you said, nothing to really get upset over but I just think why bother making a site if it’s only a clone of someone elses?! And of course, it sucks to see that someone has taken 5 seconds to make something that took you a long time to write! I had one friend who was in a total rage because someone took her photos, but like I said what can you do.
Kiwein: actually I did write down the pix you have, normally I wouldn’t bother about pix but some were the ones I used to share on the chat that weren’t really for public (I use some pix on my site and others are just for friends to see).

I have so many pix on my computer too that I don’t know where they came from, though I don’t really use “homemade” photos unless they are mine. I just stick to magazine or whatever. But it’s no hard feelings, just that one or two of the pix were my “private” collection.

I should have done the same to the girl who stole quotes, I could have written some new quotes with Marie saying that Per is terrible in bed, or that having a sex change was the best thing she ever did *evil laughter* and the next day it would have been on the front page news of this site hahahaha! Damn, the site closed so I can’t do that..grrrrr!
