Marie-Double chin!

I´ve seen the Marie documentary now. And I´m so proud of her!
But I´m very shocked how she looks. Can´t believe that this is Marie. She looks so fat and thickly. And now she has an double chin!!!!! I know it is from her medicine cortison.
But I would like to know what she thinks about her new look? I mean she always looked like a model and now.....
By the way: I know that this is not the most important thing!
