I used CDON as have been dissapointed with CDWOW recently, so have paid more but at least we might get it within a couple of days of release and I need to see that DVD now!

6 out of the 7 items I recently ordered from CDWOW, where delayed, once being give 4 different delivery dates... in the end I opted for HMV! :) I know’s it’s xmas bla bla, bound to get delays, but 6 times was for me a little OTT!

CD-WOW has always been fine for me... although when there’s a Swedish Wednesday release it always gets despatched the next Monday so I get it that Thursday or Friday (i.e. more than a week after the release)... if I wanted something really quickly I’d use CD-ON but if I wasn’t bothered I’d use CD-WOW... I’m a huge fan of CD wow....the only time theyve been late shipping with me was with things only released in sweden.....ordering CDs released internationally they are always super fast and efficent....they even sent me a voucher once because the price of a CD went down after i had ordered it. I thought that was great customer service.

Yes Neil... CDWOW is VERY big on good service! My F5F disk had some small flaw to it & they replaced it and even refunded me for the posting the items back to them!! About the speed... not really bothered as I’m used to CapeTown’s layed back, timeous pace!!
